As an athlete, Lou has competed in bodybuilding, volleyball, softball, as well as track and field. He has also danced professionally, teaching at Arthur Murray Dance Studio.

Emma is NCCA certified as a Personal Trainer/Exercise Fitness

Education). In 2003 she took a break from her career in Corporate
Banking to stay home with her 3 children. Soon after the birth of her
twins, she joined World Gym as a member. What began as a way to lose
the baby weight and socialize with adults quickly turned into a
passion for fitness. After years of setting and meeting her own
fitness goals, she realized that she wanted to help others do the
In 2012 she ran her first half-marathon and full-marathon. She
also specializes in bodybuilding, weight lifting and core
conditioning, focusing on injury prevention and overall strength
development. She helps her clients with weight loss, post-pregnancy
fitness recovery, recuperation from injury, cardiovascular health, and
overall lifestyle improvements.
Maria’s years of experience in Cardio-Kickboxing, Strength Training, Bootcamp Instruction, and Interval Training allow Maria to assess your current level of fitness, focus on achieving immediate and long-term results, and specifically tailor all exercises to your needs and goals. Maria’s programs are easy to follow and you can expect to eventually follow them on your own.
